Biểu thuế nhập khẩu ưu đãi đặc biệt Hiệp định Kinh tế Toàn diện Khu vực giai đoạn 2022 - 2027

About the agreement

Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Viet Nam’s partners under the agreement: 14 economies. Viet Nam’s special preferential import tariff for the agreement is issued with Decree 129/2022/NĐ-CP; the portal converts that schedule verbatim from the source tariff workbook. In force for Viet Nam since 1 January 2022. Viet Nam’s schedule has separate annexes per partner – the portal keeps each annex separate. Preferential rates require meeting the rules of origin and a valid proof of origin (RCEP Form / Declaration of origin); the portal does not confirm eligibility.
